1. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives; researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities in civil industry; increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones; finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

2. Focused Manager with exceptional planning and implementation capabilities; in-depth understanding of user's requirements gathering and market trends; adept at cultivating managing and leveraging client relationships.

3. Coordination with Project Execution team to deliver projects based on timeline.

4. Introduce booster plans for potential clients.

5. Expertise in creating, developing, executing innovative business development plans; strategies together with designing, consolidating; improving organizational processes; driving large-scale revenue and profit gains and improving organizational productivity and performance.

6. Streamlining business from various channels for the company while establishing healthy business relations with clients; external associates for securing repeat business.

7. Success at motivating staff through clear communication and outstanding organizational skills and driving people to achieve the company’s objectives and goals; an effective communicator with strong leadership, people management, training, presentation, analytical and organizational skills.

8. Prepare the Daily progress report, weekly progress report, weekly target plan, weekly activity plan.
