**Roles And Responsibilities**
1. Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
2. Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
3. Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
1. **Graduation** is required.
2. **Escalation desk experience** is required.
3. **Min. 6 months**of documented experience is required in customer service.
4. Must be comfortable with **WORK FROM OFFICE**.
5. **Excellent English**communication is required.
Shifts - **Rotational Shifts/Rotational Week offs**
Working Days - **6 Days**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
