**Core Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain reporting systems to track key performance and metrics relevant to the organization’s goals and objective. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of the reports and dashboard.
- Transform/enhance and automate reports as required by business teams. Perform adhoc analysis and RCA to address specific reporting/business challenges.
- Interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and provide insights to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
- Translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies and communicate clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leaders.
- Individually collaborate & manage end-to-end project communication with business partners and team in India.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency through following standard control procedure and adhere to Citi’s Risk and Control guidelines.

**Experience and Expertise Required**:

- 2+ years of experience in BigData systems, Hive, Hadoop, Spark (Python) and cloud-based data management technologies.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar software.
- Proven experience as an analyst, with a strong background in reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present reports, findings, and recommendations to diverse audiences.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Exposure to Digital Business and Expertise in Adobe Site Catalyst, Clickstream Data is an added advantage.
- Contribute to organizational initiatives in areas including competency development, training, organizational building activities, etc.

**Educational and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or related field
