Core Responsibilities:

  • 68 years of relevant work experience in reporting & analytics teams that specializes in data engineering and data
visualization.

  • Strong Technical Knowledge on BigData systems, Hive, Hadoop, Spark (Python/ scala) and cloud based data management
technologies.

  • Experience in Business Intelligence, data visualization and Tableauspecific delivery projects.
  • Experience designing, developing, architecting and administrating Tableau solutions for enterprise customers.
  • BASE SAS, MACROS / SAS FUNCTIONS / SQL / Basics of Unix are preferred skills.
  • 68 years of relevant work experience in reporting & analytics teams that specializes in visualization and data presentation.
  • The key requirement for the role is the ability to understand the business, develop datadriven solutions to address business problems and independently manage endtoend project communication with business partners and Team in India.
  • The individual will possess the ability to work in teams and display a proactive learning attitude.
  • We are looking for Selfmotivated individuals who are comfortable working in bigger teams.
  • A flexible, positive, willing to work day/night Shift to overlap with US Team is required.

Experience and Expertise Required:
6+ years of experience in BigData systems, Hive, Hadoop, Spark (Python/ scala) and cloud based data management

technologies

Experience in Tableau development and maintenance - Data Model Preparation, Creating Interactive/Dynamic tableau

Dashboards, Unit Testing, tableau dashboard deployments on server

  • Handson experience in Unix Scripting, Python programing along with strong experience in SQL.
Comfortable working with completed unstructured, undocumented code and turning it around into best in class code

redesigning costly compute and data processes and aligning to best development standards


Experienced in working with large and multiple datasets, data warehouses and ability to pull data using relevant programs and coding.

Ability to identify, clearly articulate and solve complex business problems and present them to the management in a structured

and simpler form

  • Should have experience of working in onsite, offsite delivery model

  • Experience in Credit Cards and Retail Banking

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fast Learner with a desire to excel and attitude to partner and solve problems in complex environments placing business objectives at center or all activity.
  • Experience in Performance Tuning, Code Reengineering is preferred.
  • Experience in broad IT architecture and design preferred across data and channels
  • Experience in query tuning, automation technologies (Autosys, Jenkins, Service Now) preferred
  • Exposure to container technology, Machine learning will be a plus

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to identify, clearly articulate and solve complex business problems and present them to the management in a structured and simpler
form

  • Ability to identity root cause & provide recommendation
  • Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have capability to clearly communicate analyses. Presentations to both technical and nontechnical personnel are required to be made
frequently as part of the job.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a matrix environment balancing between both business and functional interactions and priorities
  • Contribute to organizational initiatives in wide ranging areas including competency development, training, organizational building activities
etc.

  • Ability to thrive in a technofunctional role that requires not only standardized reporting, but also on demand adhoc analyses
