Sales Executive

Nurturing leads to convert them to clients and firm deals
- Guiding clients through the investing, buying, and selling process
- Organizing and booking property showings when needed
- Ordering, preparing, and finalizing marketing material
- Providing new listings with social media promotion to help increase exposure
- Inputting information into a CRM system
- Developing networks and cooperating with lawyers, mortgage lenders, and inspection personnel
- Keeping up-to-date with any changes in the local and national real estate market

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
