Channel Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Channel Sales Executive to join our team at Compucare India Pvt Ltd. As a Channel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing a network of dealers and channel partners, generating sales of our SaaS product, Tempus Central (time attendance and payroll cloud-based software), and ensuring successful deal closures. Your primary focus will be to expand our market reach, drive revenue growth, and maintain strong relationships with our partners.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and onboard new dealers and channel partners across different regions in India.
- Conduct market research to identify potential dealers and partners who align with our target market.
- Collaborate with dealers and channel partners to generate leads, prospects, and sales opportunities.
- Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and training to partners and potential customers.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Regularly communicate with partners to understand their needs, address their queries, and provide necessary support.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with partners, ensuring profitability for both parties.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of the product to customers.
- Track and analyze sales data, partner performance, and market trends to make informed business decisions.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and the IT industry.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within India for partner meetings, conferences, and customer visits if require
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
