Our products include flour improvers, baking ingredients, enzyme systems, and vitamin and mineral premixes. We have developed products specifically for the Indian food Industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned area to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Identify potential market segments, customers, and product opportunities to capitalize on.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and generating leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new business
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and sales materials.
- Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for key customers, addressing their inquiries, and concerns, and providing technical support when needed.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand their requirements, provide product recommendations, and build long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as R&D and supply chain, to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer issues.
- Sales Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to monitor progress and present to management.
- Provide recommendations and insights to management on market dynamics, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of sales strategies and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to sales representatives within the area, including training, coaching, and performance evaluation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales and business development within the food ingredients industry or related sectors.
- Strong knowledgege of the baking & milling industry, industry trends, and customer requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with customers, distributors
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
- Results-driven and able to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area and occasionally outside the region.

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
