Role: Work from Office
Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle inhouse recruitment, hire in TAT period.
- Check with leadership and schedule and hire for roles.
- Prepare Job description and hiring mandate.
- Onboarding and employee-oriented task.
smooth flow in recruitment cycle.
- Maintain employee records.
- Maintain operation workflow
- Salary processing and maintain employee relations.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Borivali, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- HR: 1 year (preferred)
