About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage recruitment for both on-roll and 3rd party contract employees
2. Receive and review ERFs along with job descriptions (JDs)
3. Source candidates through LinkedIn, employee referrals, and networking channels
4. Update position and CV trackers accordingly
5. Schedule and coordinate interviews up to the final round, ensuring completion of interview assessment forms
6. Obtain HR approval for off-roll employees and communicate with 3rd parties for offer rollout
7. Prepare and execute induction plans for new hires
8. Administer feedback forms post-induction, at 30 days, and 180 days of joining
9. Maintain monthly MIS reports
10. Assist with various HR activities including training coordination, employee engagement, and organization chart preparation

Stipend:INR ₹ 10,000 /month
