Job Description: Earthwork Construction Equipment Sales Engineer

Position Overview:
The Earthwork Construction Equipment Sales professional is responsible for selling and promoting VOLVO a range of construction equipment and machinery

used specifically in earthwork operations.

This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, providing product information, and driving sales to achieve revenue targets.

The primary focus is on establishing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying potential clients, and offering appropriate solutions to meet their equipment requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the earthwork construction industry.

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through lead generation and prospecting activities.

Collaborate with potential customers to understand their equipment needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the equipment.

Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management:
Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing technical assistance, and resolving issues promptly.

Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in customer organizations.

Product Knowledge and Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about industry regulations, technological advancements, and market trends related to earthwork construction equipment.

Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs, market demands, and competitor analysis.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales forecasts and strategies to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Proven track record of successful sales experience in the construction equipment industry, preferably in earthwork equipment sales.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and build relationships.

Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as required

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
