**What We're Looking For**

**Experience Level**
2+ years

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee all aspects of the projects; coordinate and complete the projects on time within budget and scope and with quality.
- Work together with project stakeholders to establish project goals and objectives.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders through reports and oversee project management.
- Conduct routine reviews and assessments of projects to pinpoint potential risks and challenges.
- Clearly define deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for the resources needed in specific projects or initiatives.
- Collaborate with project teams to tackle and resolve issues that could impact project delivery.
- Ensure successful project executions by working closely with project team members.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, introduce automation, and enhance efficiency.
- Adhere to established processes, policies, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Engage in objective and data-driven conversations, prioritizing project delivery.

**Qualifications**
- At least 2 years experience in Project Coordination / Project Management (Waterfall / Agile).
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, facilitating status meetings and presentations to large groups.
- Ability to identify problems, mediate issues, develop solutions, and implement an appropriate course of action.
- Should be a team player who is open-minded, proactive, and process-driven.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with high attention to detail and impeccable time management skills.
- Must be an enthusiast with a go-for-it attitude.
- Have an urge to collaborate and communicate asynchronously.
- Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head off obstacles.

**Bonus Points**
- Experience in managing technical aspects of the projects.
- Experience in implementing multiple Release/Deployment/Go-Live strategies.
