The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating various project activities, including documentation, wire framing, SRS preparation, client meetings, requirement gathering, and team coordination. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
-Project Documentation: Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
-Wire Framing: Develop wireframes to illustrate the layout and functionalities of projects, providing a visual guide for developers and stakeholders.
-SRS Preparation: Create and maintain Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) documents, ensuring they meet client requirements and project goals.
-Client Meetings: Schedule, organize, and participate in client meetings to discuss project scope, requirements, and progress. Document meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
-Requirement Gathering: Work closely with clients to gather and define project requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and expectations.
-Team Coordination: Coordinate with business teams, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
-Task Management: Track project tasks, deadlines, and milestones, ensuring timely completion and delivery of project components.
-Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and clients, highlighting key achievements, risks, and issues.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
-4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role.
-Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
-Proficiency in wire framing tools and software (e.g., Balsamiq, Axure, Sketch).
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong organizational and time management abilities.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Experience with SRS preparation and documentation is a plus.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
