We are urgently looking for a talented Customer Support Executive in our Social Media Industry at Ahmedabad Location.

Experience Level: 0-2 years

**Job Description**:
As a Customer Support Executive at Currently, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our users. You will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives, developing and implementing support strategies, and continuously improving our customer service processes. Currently is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in social media products that connect people and empower communities. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Customer Support Manager to join our team and provide exceptional support to our valued customers.

**Responsibilities**:
Issue Resolution:

- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure their prompt resolution.
- Act as a point of contact for complex customer inquiries and complaints.
- Work as cross cross-functional team member to resolve customer issues.
- Be proactive about solving issues and helping customers/users.

Data Analysis:

- Analyze customer support data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to streamline processes.
- Utilize data to make informed decisions and drive improvements in customer service operations.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a team of customer support representatives.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure a high level of service quality.
- Monitor team performance, conduct regular performance evaluations, and set clear goals and expectations.
- Customer Service Strategy:

- Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product usability and address customer pain points.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and online communities is a plus.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
