- Supervise day-to-day operations in the Wood Machine Shop.
- Manage a team of woodworkers and machine operators.
- Schedule and coordinate production to meet targets.
- Ensure machinery functions smoothly and safely.

**Requirements**:

- 5 years' experience in woodworking, with leadership skills.
- Strong woodworking knowledge and equipment expertise.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
