Brew Master at Barista Cafe

Job Title: Brewmaster at Barista Cafe.

Location: Barista Cafe, Moradabad.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Coffee Preparation:Brew various types of coffee, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and cold brew.
Grind coffee beans to the appropriate consistency.
Ensure coffee is brewed to perfection, maintaining consistency in taste and quality.

Beverage Service:Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including tea, hot chocolate, and speciality drinks.
Ensure the presentation of beverages is appealing and in line with Barista Cafe's standards.

Customer Interaction:Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly and efficient service experience.
Answer customer inquiries about coffee blends, brewing methods, and menu items.

Equipment Maintenance:Clean and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment.
Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.

Hygiene and Safety:Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines when handling hot equipment and beverages.

Team Collaboration:Work collaboratively with other cafe staff members to ensure smooth cafe operations.
Assist in maintaining inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed.

Training and Learning: professional training will be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

**Experience**:

- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
- food and beverage industry: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
