- **CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE TICKETING KNOWLEDGE.**:

- Managing all the admin related activity of the company.
- Handling a customer enquiries while providing information of service to each caller.
- Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Supporting the field team.
- Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.
- Contacting potential customers to arrange appointments.
- Speaking with customers using clear and professional language.
- Receptionist & Tele caller for our office, should have good communication written & verbal.
- Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute.
- Ability to perform under pressure and stressful conditions.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
