**As Receptionist you will work closely with the people on different levels (Visitors, Business Partners, BH Staffs, Vendors) operations discipline to provide administrative support to the team.**:

**What will success look like?**
- Playing a key role in the support team, delivering excellent performance
- Developing internal and external networks.
- Collaborative ways of working.
- Solving all problems effectively.
**A detailed overview of your responsibilities is as follows**
- Answering phone calls.
- Greeting customers and visitors to the office, ensuring guests are comfortable and are connected with the right office personnel.
- Managing conference and community spaces
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including faxes, mail, and courier packages
- Filing and organizing office records, invoices, and other important documentation.
- Ordering Catering for meetings and events.
- Making staff travel bookings (Hotel and Flights)
- Executives Assistant Duties (PA) to support KSA leadership.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Relevant qualification or working toward a relevant qualification
- Proven experience in a comparable role demonstrating a solid foundation in administrative support
- Strong team player capability, Proven ability to effectively prioritise workflow
- Effective communication in English
- Understanding of relevant policy and regulation
Excellent IT skills and proficient user of:
- Microsoft Office 365
- Sharepoint
- MS Teams
Experience in:
- Setting up and maintaining administrative procedures and quality management systems
- Maintaining quality management systems
- Supporting a team of people as well as working on a one-to-one basis.
