**Role Description: -**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation and Follow-up**: Identify, qualify, and follow up on leads generated through various channels (e.g., inbound marketing, referrals, cold calls).
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales quotas by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to effectively communicate value propositions and answer detailed client questions.
- **Pipeline Management**: Use CRM tools to manage leads, track activities, and update customer information to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- **Customer Relationship Building**: Foster and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent service and support, and by addressing client concerns promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- **Experience**: Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role (preferably 1-2 years in inside sales or a similar position).
- **Technical Skills**: basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and effectively convey product benefits.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies, with demonstrated negotiation and closing skills.
- **Self-Motivated**: Driven and results-oriented with a high level of initiative and ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹13,206.23 - ₹44,704.83 per month
