1) Maintaining follow up and reminders of team (THIS IS THE MOST ESSENTIAL PART OF THE JOB)

2) Maintaining record of stock / inventory of material, tools & samples and handling restocking of tools, supplementary tools, sample boards etc. as required.

3) Preparation of quotations, including measurements page and follow up with clients for pending payments, billing details, etc.

4) Keep track of incoming / outgoing material and samples through couriers / transport etc. including follow up with suppliers. Booking transportation & accommodation of team members for outstation site visits/execution within allocated budget.

5) Maintaining record of expenses and filing them in correct category using MS Excel. Handling petty cash expenses and making note of the same in expenses sheet.

6) Maintaining a record of all site inspection videos in a dedicated folder.

7) Keeping track of site team attendance.

8) Keeping a track of vehicle insurances, upkeep, PUCs etc.

9) Following up with all vendors and suppliers regarding invoices for GST filing on the 1st of each month.

10) Additional miscellaneous responsibilities which may be decided from time to time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
