We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant who understands export processes to join our team. This role is crucial for managing financial and export documentation processes, ensuring smooth office operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Record Keeping**: Prepare, verify, and maintain accurate financial records and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- **Export Documentation**: Prepare, verify, and submit export documents and customs forms with precision, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- **Budget Management**: Support budget preparation and monitor expenditures, particularly related to export operations.
- **Data and Admin Management**: Update accounting systems (including Tally ERP), manage filing, perform data entry, and handle correspondence related to both accounting and export activities.
- **Shipment Coordination and Tracking**: Liaise with carriers and forwarders to monitor and coordinate shipments, integrating financial considerations.
- **Customer Service**: Address inquiries and provide excellent support to clients and partners regarding both financial and export matters.
- **General Office Duties**: Perform photocopying, scanning, mailing, and assist with audits and special projects as needed.
