**What will you do in a nutshell?**

A Growth Associate conducts property scouting, site visits, and data analysis to identify potential properties for acquisition or partnership. They engage with property owners, evaluate properties based on predefined criteria, and gather necessary information for negotiations.

**Your role in detail**
- Conduct property scouting activities to identify potential properties for acquisition or partnership.
- Perform site visits and inspections to evaluate properties based on predefined criteria.
- Gather and analyze property-related data, including location, condition, market trends, and potential profitability.
- Identify and gather contact details of property owners for further engagement and negotiations
