(1) Executing on concept of 2-way strategic dialogue

a. Insight-driven approch in preparing consolidated overviews and presentation outcomes for specific meeting with key business unit and group function stakeholders (high profile stakeholder group)

b. Outcome-driven streamlining of alignments withing the Global Business solution division (Head of the Division, Department Heads) and beyond, where necessary e.g. GDeS

c. Focused delivery of follow up activities aimed at fast execution of the decisions and conclusions from the stakeholder meetings on time and in quality

(2) Executing on engagement strategy of the division

a. Bringing all operational and tactical community engagement activities under the umbrella of divisional engagement strategy aimed at achieving specific outcome such as strengthening of GBS value proposition, maintaining high engagement of employees and reinforcing the performance culture, cross-divisional collaboration and focused delivery

(3) Governance strategy enablement

a. Framing and evolving interaction with key governance stakeholders in line with agreed change process, including organizing and conducting key platforms for exchange and interaction

b. Improving existing processes based on identified key issues and desired outcomes with efficiency and quality in mind

About You (Qualifications, Experience and key Skills)
- Efficient and engaging collaboration with key partners in a global environment and excellent command of spoken and written English
- Experience with organizational transformation and change, communications, community engagement, and project management is helpful
- Good communication and coordination skills
- 7+ years of work experience, preferably with at least 2+ years of business consulting experience is preferable
- Technical/Business Administration University degree or MBA

- Capable of coordinating and nurturing community engagement activities with high focus on alignment, timing and impact
- Entrepreneurial spirit and customer centricity, high on drive and initiative, ability to synthesize creative solutions and change activities
- Capable to define joint interests of multiple parts of the organization and demonstrate a rational/methodical process for decisions
- Able to translate business strategies into practical action plans, coupled with a strong ability to balance ambiguous and uncertain situations
- Structured and well-organised, with a problem-solving attitude, results oriented, willing to lead change, creative and dedicated
- Able to convince, drive, challenge, sell and coach across the organization
- Determined, with ability to identify developmental potential for herself/ himself
