Position - **Cards And Payments Technology**

Location - **Mumbai**

Qualification - **Software or IT Engineering Background Preferred**

Experience - **2-3 years of experience in IT - Banking industry**

**Role Details**
- Hands on experience on SQL, Unix, Edit package, Pre-edit, Visaonline & Master card, DCMS (Debit card Management system), Credit Card Management System, Prepaid Card Management system. DCRS (Debit card reconciliation System) Finacle, Bankway, FCRM,, NPCI(National payment corporation of India),SQL, Unix.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with demonstrated abilities in team management and client relationship management
- Knowledge of various Credit Card /Debit card Processes
- Should have knowledge of Debit, Prepaid and Credit card production life cycle.
- Monitoring and ensured all CAF file received from bank for (Card new issuance, reissuance, pin printing, linking delinking, and activation) with in TAT.
- Handling an Escalation queries, Bank calls & resolving these queries within a TAT.
- Doing follow up with cards vendor, courier for timely delivery of debit cards and pin.
- Coordinating with internal team (Switch team, Hotcard team) for cards related issues.
- Preparing all cards related Reports and MIS as per Bank requirement.
- Analyze and Raised issue with development team for system bug or new enhancement to ensure the smooth working.
- Responsible for Processing the ATM/POS Transaction Log Files for the Txns Occurred in Switch, Host etc
- Responsible for Representment for incoming Chargeback’s as an Acquirer.
- Handling an Escalation queries, Call center queries, Customer calls & resolving these queries within a TAT.
- Responsible for taking Export Back up & Cold back up in an External Hard disk after the completion of Recon activities.
- Downloading Recon Reports from Production Server & same would be provided to Bank.
- Preparing Recon MIS, Switch MIS, Visa MIS after completion of Recon activity.
- Checking of Query Letters on daily basis & provide to Bank to settle the claim at the earliest.
- Generation of reports & maintaining data with the help of SQL using Toad Internal IT and Vendor team
- Ensuring project is completed within required timelines.
- Ability to drive technology initiatives by partnering with Vendor Partners, Business / Product, Solution Delivery Groups, Operations and Technology teams from concept to go live including interactions needs with NPCI / Schemes.
- Experience with SQL/Linux/Unix Server DBMS, JSON and Java script, React.js would be added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Sould be willing to extend work time if deadlines are to be meet
- Effective communication skills, Good interpersonal skills and Ability to work flexible hours when necessary for deadlines and off-hours

**Overall Job Description -**

Manage Partnership and Hosted Model Project Deliveries for products like UPI, Debit Card Solutions etc. ensuring the banks interest from Delivery to post operating model is protected. - Program /Application development skills a must - Domain wise experience in banking and payment technology is a prerequisite - Effectively communicate with Senior Management of the firm periodically in form of Status reports, System Architecture, and development solutions on requirements.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

- Greater Mumbai, Mumbai - 400021, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
