**Introduction**:
He\She would handle end-to-end Recruitment & get on board the potential talent to ensure that the business is armed with an able workforce. The position will be responsible for quick turnaround of vacant positions & ensuring the acquisition of quality talent within the recruitment budget.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms, following company guidelines and policies.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process.

**Skills**
- Graduate with minimum 4-5 years of working experience in Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills & strong network in recruitment Industry.
- MBA in HR would be an added advantage
- High competency with MS-Office specifically Excel, Word & Power Point is a critical requirement.
- Must be dynamic, flexible and possess perseverance skills
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple recruitment assignments.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is preferred.
