**Summary**:
Responsible for ensuring all aspects of recruitment administration/coordination are carried out in a professional, timely and efficient manner and in line with internal processes. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will act as the main point of contact for all queries relating to the support of the function.

**What you do?**
- Prepare all necessary interview and assessment paperwork and ensuring this is provided to managers ahead of scheduled assessment
- Ensure Workday system is updated to record interview details and relevant comments
- Follow up with Hiring Managers to ensure that all interview/assessment notes are collated, explaining the importance of the collection of this documentation
- Be involved in and action Workday changes as requested and run recruitment reports as necessary
- Assist with other related recruitment duties and input into projects as required
- Office administration required to support the efficient running of the recruitment process
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with the business, ensuring that they are continually appraised and updated on the relevant recruitment processes
- Management of day to day queries ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary

**What you need?**
- Minimum of 2 years of working as a successful administrator in a fast paced, professional environment, preferably within recruitment / or relevant experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to work and communicate with multiple stakeholders at all levels with a high attention to detail
- Have a proactive and methodical approach with the ability to work to key targets, work under pressure and within tight timelines
- Ability to plan, co-ordinate and prioritize multiple tasks successfully, working independent within a compliant and regulated business and within a team environment
- Strong PC proficiency including Microsoft Office and related packages with experience of using Workday preferred
- The ability to balance high volume with accuracy
- Proficient of English language
