Receive and log purchase orders and ensure product shipment are made to customers.
- Consolidate territory and individual sales shipment achievements on a timely manner to ensure information are sent to Human Resources to facilitate commission payment.
- Review status of product delivery from appropriate sources and advice logistics and sales teams on product shipment to customers.
- Work with Finance and keep up-to-date information on credit control and provide appropriate advice to the sales team.
- Coordinate and provide administrative support to the Country Sales Manager as well as the sales team.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute standard and special request sales reports.
- Coordinate and gather materials, files and software required for translation of documents from English to local language as required.
- Plan, organize and coordinate local trade shows in generating leads and prospects.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, artwork, drawings and photography required for the printing of documents.
