- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify potential customers, conduct site visits, and convert leads into successful sales.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with residential clients, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
- Sales Pitch & Presentations: Educate potential clients on the benefits of solar energy and present tailored solutions based on their energy needs.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the technical and installation teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Incentive-Driven Performance: Achieve sales targets and earn rewards through an attractive incentive program.
