**Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing prompt responses to inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering proactive support throughout the sales process.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Battery Smart’s battery solutions and address the specific requirements of clients.
- **Proposal Development**: Collaborate with the sales team to create customized proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to the needs and preferences of individual customers.
- **Order Processing**: Manage the sales order process from quotation to order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products to customers.
- **CRM Management**: Utilize the company’s CRM system to track customer interactions, update lead status, and maintain accurate records of sales activities and communications.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify new market opportunities and refine sales strategies.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
