**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Manage and maintain the office calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events as necessary.

2. Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for clients, vendors, and employees.

3. Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages and providing information as required.

4. Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

5. Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.

6. Coordinate office supply inventory, placing orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.

7. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

8. Provide administrative support to various departments and team members, including the preparation of correspondence, meeting minutes, and agendas.

9. Coordinate and organize office maintenance and repairs, liaising with external service providers as necessary.

10. Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.

**Qualifications**:
1. Experience in an office coordinator or administrative role (desirable, not required)

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Office Suite.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.

4. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

5. Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.

6. Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.

7. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications or certifications in office administration or a related field are a plus.
