Support Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and manage pantry operations, including the preparation of snacks and sandwiches for office staff.
- Serve tea and coffee in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a high level of service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area, including washing and cleaning dishes regularly.
- Coordinate with the administrative staff to ensure seamless communication and support for office activities.
- Monitor and manage inventory of pantry supplies, placing orders as needed to maintain stock levels.
- Keep track of pantry expenses and work towards cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the pantry and kitchen areas.
- Train and guide pantry staff in food preparation and service protocols.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating office events or meetings that involve pantry services.
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to enhance pantry and kitchen operations.
**Qualifications**:
- 1-2 years of experience in pantry management or related roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members and departments.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations related to pantry and kitchen operations.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
