**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Debtor Management**:

- Maintain a database of outstanding invoices and follow up with clients for timely payments.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve payment-related issues.
- Prepare and send account statements and reminders to debtors.

**2. Filing**:

- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
- Ensure proper categorization and labeling of documents for easy retrieval.
- Monitor document retention policies and dispose of records as necessary.

**3. Administrative Support**:

- Assist in data entry and record-keeping tasks.

**4. Purchase Order Punching**:

- Accurately input purchase orders into the accounting system.
- Verify purchase orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Graduate
- Proficiency in computer skills, especially MS Office.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with debtor management and accounts receivable processes is a plus.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., BUSY) is a bonus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
