**Designation: Customer Success Executive**

**Location-Gurugram**

**Qualification: - Any Graduate (preferred B.tech)**

**Experience: - Min 2yrs**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- User Interaction & App Support
- Increasing User footfall on the tool.
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
- Maintain jovial relationships with clients

**Requirements**:

- B2B Experience preferably with Retailers/Small business owners
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Basic Graduate in any specialization
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
