The artists on our team have been making larger-than-life visual effects for film and television for 10 years, bringing their rich and diverse experience from Montreal, Toronto, Bogota, Saguenay and now Mumbai
- Organize and coordinate training events for various teams within Folks VFX
- Support the workflow and process of identifying and planning training needs based on organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule for training programs, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
- Track and monitor attendance, progress, and feedback for all training sessions.
- Generate regular reports on training effectiveness and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Act as a liaison between trainers and employees, addressing any concerns or inquiries related to training.
- Assist in the development of training materials and resources.
- Support the Head of Learning and Development in implementing strategic initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Proven experience in coordinating and organizing training events.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in using training management software and tools.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Awareness and interest in Animation and VFX industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
