**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential employers and job opportunities for our course graduates.
- Build and nurture relationships with corporate partners, recruiters, and HR professionals to create placement opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that highlight the value of our courses to potential employers.
- Act as a liaison between students and employers, facilitating the placement process and ensuring a smooth transition into the workforce.
- Provide ongoing support to students, offering guidance on resume building, interview preparation, and career development.
- Meet and exceed placement targets through effective sales strategies and relationship management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the education or training industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of the education industry and job market trends.

**Salary Offered**:
INR 20,000

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Human resources management: 1 year (preferred)
