**Profile Introduction**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create and design innovative and authentic Pan-Asian dishes, incorporating diverse flavors and techniques.
- Regularly update and refresh the menu to reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
- Prepare and cook a variety of Asian dishes with precision and creativity.
- Ensure all dishes meet quality and presentation standards before they are served.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management, food safety, and cleanliness.
- Manage and train kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and prep cooks.
- Monitor food quality and consistency, addressing any issues promptly.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
**Profile Requirements**:
- Proven experience of 5-7 years as a chef specializing in Pan-Asian cuisine.
- Extensive knowledge of Asian culinary techniques, ingredients, and traditions.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a kitchen team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
