Back Office Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Data Entry Tasks**:
- Generate and issue purchase slips/invoices to customers.
- Maintain an organized database of daily transactions and ensure data accuracy.
- **Floor Operations Management**:
- Oversee daily operations on the shop floor to ensure smooth functioning.
- Coordinate with the sales and billing teams for seamless workflow.
- Address and resolve customer queries or concerns promptly.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to the relevant team.
- **Other Administrative Tasks**:
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the floor.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under mínimal supervision.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
