**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule service appointments based on customer inquiries and service requests.
- Communicate with customers to understand their service needs and provide appropriate assistance and information.
- Collaborate with service technicians and field staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Monitor service activities and track the progress of ongoing projects to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate records of service appointments, customer interactions, and service outcomes.
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly, striving to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare service reports and documentation for internal and client purposes.
- Ensure that all service-related processes comply with company policies and quality standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Graduation in a relevant field or equivalent educational qualification.
- Proven organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Previous experience in a service coordination or related role is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Irinjalakuda, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
