The Admin cum Accounts Assistant provides support to the administrative and accounting functions within the organization. This role is responsible for maintaining efficient office operations, assisting with financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Manage filing systems and ensure the security of confidential information.
- Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Provide general support to visitors and respond to inquiries.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
- Assist with onboarding new employees.
- Maintain employee records and handle HR-related documentation.
- Organize staff training sessions and meetings.
- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience in an administrative / accounting role.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Experience**:
