Audit Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Audit Associate. As an Audit Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, gain valuable experience in auditing procedures, and contribute to the success of our firm.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Conduct financial audits for clients, including examining financial statements, reports, and documentation.
- Perform testing of internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify areas for improvement in financial processes and internal controls.
- Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to management and clients.
- Assist in developing audit plans and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to complete audit engagements efficiently and effectively.
- Stay updated on relevant accounting standards and regulations.

**Skills Required and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
