- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating real estate agreements
- Title/property due diligence
- Coordinate for registration of property documents
- Advising clients about RERA compliances and deal structuring

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB)
- Must have 4 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in real estate law and industry knowledge
- Must be able to read and speak in Kannada, writing in kannada is an added advantage
- Good understanding of foreclosure
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills
- Natural leader who displays sound judgement and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Should be able to work independently
- Should be enrolled with AIBE ( All India Bar Exam), BCI(Bar Council Of India), KSBC( Karnataka State Bar Council)
- Must be able to work as an individual contributor and as a team player
