Its mandate is to expand and enhance the online and mobile value-added services sectors. It is dedicated to presenting a unified voice of the businesses it represents to the government, investors, consumers and other stakeholders. IAMAI represents varied sectors such as digital advertising, digital entertainment, TravelTech, online gaming, digital payments, Fintech, digital commerce, Edtech, Healthtech, Agritech, blockchain, Big data, ML, AI & IoT, AR/ VR, LogisticsTech and so on.

**Job Location**:Worli, Work from Office

**-Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update IAMAI database for various events and other functions
- Expand database as per requirement of future events and sectors
- Maintains database performance by troubleshooting problems
- Perform data extraction and lead generation
- Secures database by developing policies, procedures, and controls
- Update job knowledge by reading professional publications, maintaining personal
- networks
- Build data from Google and Linkedin for Various events
- Creating Calling Script
- Make Calls to the delegate for Registration (Paid and Complementary Both)
- Checking attendance and registrations required for an event
- Resolving delegates query
- Timely updates

**-Technical skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Typing Skills
- Data Management
- Internet and Research Skills
- Basic IT Security Knowledge

**-Qualification**:

- Fresher’s ( Graduation Degree in any stream )

**-Additional requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data
- Time management and organizational skills
- Customer service orientation
- Industry knowledge and networking capabilities

**-Application process**:
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
