Job Description for Delegate Acquisition:

This position involves arranging to acquire the audience (decision level authorities) through cold calling at large for the events and webinars that we organize and execute for our IT clients.



  • Voice Process - Calling and Acquiring Delegates for webinar. (dialing 80-100 calls a day to achieve registration & attendee's target)
  • Give them insights of the webinars and chasing registrations
  • Sending Invitation to the Delegates.
  • Supporting delegates through their registration process.


  • Collaborate with a team to achieve better results building relationships and networking.
  • Follow up to login and attend the same
