Job Title: Food Server

**Job Description**:
Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.

2. Present menus and provide detailed explanations of menu items, specials, and beverage options.

3. Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and input them into the POS system.

4. Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables.

5. Monitor guests' needs throughout their dining experience and promptly address any requests or concerns.

6. Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals and address any issues or modifications.

7. Upsell additional menu items, desserts, and beverages to enhance the dining experience and increase revenue.

8. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, processing payments and providing change as needed.

9. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including clearing and resetting tables as necessary.

10. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and efficient communication between front and back of house.

11. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests and staff.

12. Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up tables, restocking supplies, and cleaning workstations.

Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.

2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and order delivery.

5. Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations.

6. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills.

7. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

8. Food handler's certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
