Job Description: The Key Export Sales Executive
- B2B/B2C plays a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and fostering strong relationships within an assigned group of accounts. With a focus on results, this position involves identifying and engaging potential customers to drive sales and ensure repeat business. As a result-oriented professional, you will assess customer needs and recommend suitable products, services, and solutions to meet their requirements. Your efforts will contribute significantly to the company's growth and success in the market.

Key Accountabilities:

- Identify, develop, propose, negotiate, and close new sales with the guidance of management.
- Generate Leads and Achieve the targets.
- Elevate the profile of products and services among B2B customers to stimulate demand.
- Meet revenue targets by increasing purchases per account.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Expand customer base through strategic professional networking.
- Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with customers to align their needs with the organization's product and service strategies.
- Independently resolve moderately complex issues, escalating more challenging matters to appropriate personnel.
- Identify target customers through various mediums and establish contact.
- Analyze sales data to derive actionable insights.
- Lead and manage a team effectively.

Desired Profile:

- Master Degree in Management
- 3-5 years of related work experience with minimum 2-3 years in B2B sales/business development.
- Work experience in Product Sales, HORECA, FMCG, Hospitality Industry or Consumer Goods will be preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Should be open to Travel

Experience: 2-4 Years

CTC Offered: 25k-35k In hand

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
