**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans on Indian polity tailored to different learning styles and academic levels.

2. Conduct engaging lectures, discussions, and interactive sessions to facilitate student understanding and participation.

3. Create and administer assessments, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate student progress and comprehension.

4. Provide constructive feedback to students to support their learning goals and academic development.

5. Stay updated with the latest developments in Indian politics, governance, and constitutional amendments to incorporate relevant information into teaching materials.

6. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages critical thinking, analytical skills, and civic engagement among students.

7. Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary teaching approaches and integrate Indian polity concepts into broader educational frameworks.

8. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school administrators to address any concerns and ensure a positive learning experience.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Law, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

3. In-depth knowledge of Indian political systems, constitutional provisions, governance mechanisms, and contemporary issues.

4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

6. Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning needs and backgrounds.

7. Passion for education, learning, and fostering intellectual curiosity among students.

8. Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.

9. Familiarity with educational technology and digital learning platforms is a plus.

10. Eligible to work in India.
