Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead Club Oxygen into its next chapter of growth and excellence. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, strategic direction, and longterm sustainability of the company. This role requires a leader with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and a proven track record in driving organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the company’s vision, mission, and overall strategy to achieve business objectives and enhance market position.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations across all venues, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring profitability and sustainability.
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, partners, and community leaders.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to ensure the company remains competitive and relevant.
- Brand Development: Enhance and promote the Club Oxygen brand, ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms and locations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of executive leadership experience in the hospitality industry is must
- Proven track record of successful strategic planning and operational management.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
