Restaurant Assistant

Customer Service: Welcoming customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Order Taking and Serving: Assisting in taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring accuracy in service.
Assisting with Food Preparation: Helping the kitchen staff in food preparation, portioning, and presenting dishes if needed.
Table Management: Cleaning and resetting tables between customers and keeping the dining area neat and organized.
Stocking and Inventory: Monitoring and restocking inventory such as utensils, napkins, and beverages, and informing the management when supplies are low.
Supporting Staff: Assisting servers, kitchen staff, and the management in their day-to-day tasks.
Cash Handling: Assisting with transactions, billing, and handling cash or electronic payments.
Compliance: Ensuring health and safety standards, cleanliness, and hygiene are maintained throughout the restaurant.
Complaint Handling: Addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Training: Helping to train new staff members on restaurant operations and customer service protocols.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
