As a Call Center Sales Representative at BrainGymJr, you play a vital role in expanding our user base and helping parents unlock the educational potential of their children. We're seeking motivated, confident, and empathetic individuals who can effectively communicate the value of BrainGymJr to potential users. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective customers, educate them about our offerings, and convert leads into paying subscribers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make regular and timely outbound calls to prospective customers who have shown an interest in BrainGymJr.
- Understand the unique needs and preferences of each customer and tailor the sales pitch accordingly.
- Achieve sales targets by converting leads into paid subscribers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide detailed information about BrainGymJr's features, content, and benefits.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing accurate information to help them make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in outbound sales or telemarketing preferably in the field of learning & education.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Empathetic and patient approach when dealing with customers.
- Goal-oriented and motivated by sales targets and commission-based incentives.
- Ability to adapt and tailor sales pitches to diverse customer profiles.
- Familiarity with dialler & CRM software.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using office software.
- Self-disciplined and able to work independently within a remote, work-from-home environment

CTC in First 3 Months : INR 12,000 + Performance Linked Incentive (per month)

CTC if confirmed (after 3 months) : INR 15,000 + Performance Linked Incentive (per month)

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
