Position: Pre Sales Executive:
**Lead Engagement**:
Proactively connect with leads and potential customers via calls whats app and book appointments with sales team
**Relationship Building**:
Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally and booking appointments
**Customer Queries**:
Address and resolve customer concerns, offering appropriate solutions or escalating issues when necessary.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our offerings to provide accurate information.
**Target Achievement**:
Strategize and execute plans to meet daily and monthly targets for converting leads into clinic visits.
Monitor and optimize conversion rates to maximize outcomes.
**Reporting and Analytics**:
Maintain daily records of appointments, conversions, customer interactions, feedback, and outcomes.
Prepare and submit detailed reports on engagement activities and target achievements to the management.
Daily appointment target will be there
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,691.86 per month
Schedule:
