Raising Superstars is a rapidly growing tech startup with a vision to develop all-round abilities in kids 0-6 years old, with just 5 minutes of daily, screen-free activities.

The company is a category creator and a category leader in its industry with over 500,000K customers in 150+ countries. It runs the number 1 parenting app (Prodigy Baby) on the Playstore and has a deeply passionate and talented team of 50+ people. **Education and Experience**:

- Should have a Bachelor’s degree
- Typing proficiency with an average typing speed greater than 35 words per minute with 100 % accuracy
- Work from office (Monday to Sunday)
- One week off - Rotational

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Meet average response time along with productivity while ensuring you follow all quality parameters
- Make sure all SLAs are met with 100% customer satisfaction
- Gather feedback from the clients and share it with the internal team
- Work with the team leader to ensure the best customer service is provided and all customer inquires / issues are resolved clearly and quickly
- Maintain SOP and MIS and share scope of improvement

**What we are looking for**:

- Someone who is a self-starter and quick learner
- Motivated and result-oriented person
- Good communication skills
- Should have Basic knowledge of computers
- Should be able to converse in English
- Should be confident
